Being new to the area I noticed Ohana's clean bright trucks and local presence in Crestview. When my AC quit working I gave them a try. I called first thing in the morning and before noon Zack was on site to check it out. He did step by step troubleshooting, let me know each time he found an item that needed fixed, and the cost, before proceeding. Monday morning, I was able to have a technician at my house around 8 AM. Diagnosed problem and replaced part. Also needed refrigerant. Completed task around 10 AM. Vary happy with technician he was. Courteous, professional. Billing was fair and reasonable. HAPPPY CUSTOMER
