My a/c was blowing warm air. I messaged Ohana on Sunday evening and I got a call from them the next morning. Services were provided that same day. Technician was very thorough and explained everything. We were low on refrigerant. Friendly and prompt service. Highly recommend.
Was scheduled for work and Drew arrived on-time. Work was completed in the amount of time promised. The crew was courteous and explained what they were doing as the work progressed. I recommend Ohana.
It’s so refreshing to find a business that actually makes you feel like a valued customer and Ohana heating and air certainly does that. It was after 5:00pm and our air quit working and I called and left a message expecting a call back the following day. To my surprise 10 minutes or so later I got a call back and after explaining my situation I was told that they could have a technician out the same evening. Fast service. I came home to a hot house. I had heard about Ohana because a co-worker had called them last week for the same problem. They came out within 40 minutes, found the problem, quoted a great price and I had cool air within an hour. Great customer service.
