Respectfully, You will not have to worry about me booking any future appointments. It would be extremely productive for you to train your stylists on how to speak to clients when an issue arises that is clearly not the client's fault. Your website is telling me that I "requested" an appointment and should expect a confirmation email, text, or phone call. I had my first appointment with April for a cut and color, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! I didn’t have a lot of information going in since I’m new to town, but April made me feel completely comfortable right away. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I didn’t even know I needed! My hair looks and feels amazing—she truly worked magic!! I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
During a time I needed emergency hair touch up! My Dad had just passed away and as we prepared for everything Carrie came in after hours, very late, just to fix me up so that I could feel as good as possible during this time. I know hair sounds small in comparison, but just the kindness and the care to give me something else to think about for a little while. I am beyond grateful and my hair looked absolutely amazing! Forever Grateful!!!
This is my 2nd haircut with April and they have both been my favorite haircuts I’ve ever had. Love this salon and love April!
Carrie is the best at coloring for blondes and paying close attention to detail. The salon is very cozy too.
