Technician was on time, friendly,, professional, and fixed our garage door for a great price. Will use Ohana for all future service.Â
They gave me a bid for $1,000 to repair my garage door because the door went off track and cable got tangeled. He said he didn't think anything needed to be replaced because it all looked new. I knew immediately that the price was way over most companies so I paid the $49.00 trip charge, called another company that had great reviews and the other company gave me the fair estimate of $380 without a trip fee whether I used them or not. It happened. I was held hostage by my garage door and was running out of hope I would get this fixed in one day. I called several companies, booked up or unresponsive. Nightmare fuel.
