I woke up one day and decided I needed help to quit smoking cigarettes. After numerous failed attempts of trying nicotine gum and patches, I made an appointment to see Dr Don Hashimoto and try Hypnosis. That was the best decision of my life. I am happy to say that on November 5, 2023 I have been tobacco free for 8 years. I have never smoked a cigarette since being hypnotized. So today I want to Thank You Dr Don Hashimoto for your help.. He is a great Dr , very professional.

Fantastic therapists. Sara has helped me so much. A really healing environment. Sara is amazing and the staff always call the day before to remind me of my appointment. Very professional. I would recommend Ohana Councilling for anyone struggling that may be shy to ask for help.
located downtown Hilo across from bears coffee on the makai side of the corner Kilauea (Ke'awe) and Waianuenue.Char & Dr Elizabeth Bush are awesome,and the staff is very helpful and polite. I always leave feeling better than going in. I also went years ago when it was all different staff they were extremely helpful with my family and issues I had with my eldest son. I highly recommend the family therapist or individual counselors. top notch.
