I've called this place left message, reached out on their website. This was weeks ago and no one has returned my call or reached out about my contact through the website. Returning a phone message is important, even it's to say they aren't accepting new patients. I suggest going somewhere else, don't try to reach out to those folks desperate to save your child. They will only ignore you.
I am a crime victim who was approved for reimbursement through the New York State Office of Victim Services and saw Allene Hemingway at Ohana Psychiatry with that understanding. OVS required her to complete a standard treatment report in order to reimburse my therapy. Despite many requests from me and from OVS, the form was delayed and then submitted in a way OVS has described as incomplete, which has kept my reimbursement on hold.
