Firstly, I would like to state I will remain professional during this review as well as say I greatly appreciate the friendliness of the staff. I took my 2015 Range Rover Sport here for some warranty work done, my alternator had died and they're the only shop locally that accepts my warranty. Absolutely PHENOMENAL from beginning to end !! I had already had a terrible week and an awful experience at another shop in Gadsden this morning….Kelly was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. She jumped right to helping me and getting my car looked at immediately after I walked in the door. The folks at Ohana did a great job on my wife’s van. They got us on the schedule quickly and once the day came they got the job done within the timeframe they said. I appreciate their honesty during the initial diagnostic process, telling me what should be repaired and what other issues could wait. We’ll definitely go back.
Fast diagnosis and great service! We were traveling from TN to south Alabama and started having issues. Thank goodness we stopped where we did. They got the parts and repairs done quickly and got us back on the road!
