Firstly, I would like to state I will remain professional during this review as well as say I greatly appreciate the friendliness of the staff. I took my 2015 Range Rover Sport here for some warranty work done, my alternator had died and they're the only shop locally that accepts my warranty. Absolutely PHENOMENAL from beginning to end !! I had already had a terrible week and an awful experience at another shop in Gadsden this morning….Kelly was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. She jumped right to helping me and getting my car looked at immediately after I walked in the door. Chris was fabulous too… he ran the diagnostic and came back and gave me the good and bad news, which I 100% appreciate. There was no fast talking, talking over me or “mansplaining”. The folks at Ohana did a great job on my wife’s van. They got us on the schedule quickly and once the day came they got the job done within the timeframe they said. I appreciate their honesty during the initial diagnostic process, telling me what should be repaired and what other issues could wait. We’ll definitely go back.

Good pricing, honest, quick, polite, and they know how to handle my 87 Mercedes 560SL. After 2 cars and 4 trips there over the last few years...it's the best place I have found. A+
