Absolutely PHENOMENAL from beginning to end !! I had already had a terrible week and an awful experience at another shop in Gadsden this morning….Kelly was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. She jumped right to helping me and getting my car looked at immediately after I walked in the door. I truly appreciate the wonderful team at Ohana. They are not only diligent and professional but also incredibly kind and welcoming. The owner actively works alongside the crew, creating a warm and caring environment. They pay close attention to detail and even have a friendly shop dog, Miss Princess. When my family faced difficult times, they offered us more support than we could have hoped for. I sincerely recommend them. Thank you all so much!
The folks at Ohana did a great job on my wife’s van. They got us on the schedule quickly and once the day came they got the job done within the timeframe they said. I appreciate their honesty during the initial diagnostic process, telling me what should be repaired and what other issues could wait. We’ll definitely go back.
I had a great experience at Ohana Auto Repair and would definitely recommend them. Everyone was very nice, and I truly appreciated that they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.
