Unprofessional and rude staff. Laurie. I made an appointment that made was scheduled at least two weeks in advance. The payment information was taken by the office staff. From the beginning we requested to meet with the bilingual paralegal, for which her office always made excuses. I was asked to pay by Monday and so I said I was going to. Actually, Mr. Pazino, YOU cancelled the first appointment at the last minute. You were told that we required a consultation fee to be paid before rescheduling - that is our policy with anyone who cancels and then calls back to reschedule. This was explained to you by my assistant and by myself via email. There were never any excuses made about my paralegal - you asked to schedule the appointment by conference call and have her translate, and I explained to you that she was not in the office because she was working from home ... read more
