I called to get some information today and when the receptionist answered the phone, I asked who I was speaking with. She gave me the name of the business. When I said I was requesting her name specifically as I like knowing who I'm talking to, she claimed they don't give their names because they 'have multiple offices.' What does that have to do with knowing who I'm talking to?
