Dr. Richard Oh is a great doctor, he’s been my doctor for almost six years and delivered both of my babies. The only issue is his secretary, the Korean lady. She’s very rude and doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. I’m four months postpartum and breastfeeding my baby, and when I was dealing with mastitis, she told me it wasn’t part of Dr. Oh’s specialty, but my PCP told me otherwise. The girl that answer the phone was rude.I just needed medication till I have a day off to come to the doctor.Witch Doctor always give me when I’m in pain.
Provider is very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. But when it comes to the manager, that is where the two star comes into place. The manager needs to take classes and learn to listen to the issue instead of over talking. It’s always best to listen before making decisions. The manager is very rude. Wouldn’t let you finish a sentence before interrupting. She’s also made comments that she shouldn’t have said to me that is not appropriate.
