Planned to try on dresses through the owner. I arrived and waited half an hour, she never turned up and wouldn’t reply to my emails
Didn’t get to wear the dress. Arrived smelling very strongly of laundry powder. Owner tried to say they don’t claim to dry clean even though it’s mentioned multiple times on their website. Also told me my sensitivities aren’t their problem. Rude and misleading.
Didn’t get to use the dress. Delivered else where despite the correct address.
100% recommend. Fast and reliable. Absolutely fast communication hands down
Poor communication, dress was then delivered at the last minute by hand which was appreciated. It was loose and poor quality of garment. I wouldn't use them again especially as the owner was rude to me over email
