As stated on their website, they refund the $20 try-on fee once a dress is booked. This was confirmed to me in writing twice that she would bank transfer me the $20. After I booked the dress, I waited over three weeks and followed up multiple times before being told their system isn’t set up for manual refunds, even though she specifically said she could. Planned to try on dresses through the owner. I arrived and waited half an hour, she never turned up and wouldn’t reply to my emails

Didn’t get to wear the dress. Arrived smelling very strongly of laundry powder. Owner tried to say they don’t claim to dry clean even though it’s mentioned multiple times on their website. Also told me my sensitivities aren’t their problem. Rude and misleading.
