I was a little worried because I had my toddler son with me and needed a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Mi and Kevin were so accommodating and made the experience stress-free. While Kevin did my gel manicure, Mi worked on my pedicure at the same time, which was incredibly helpful. They were both kind, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. Avoid the owner Tam, only see Andy! I spent $75 here for a powder dip that cracked in 3 days and fell off by day 5. When I returned for a fix, the owner, Tam, denied ever seeing me. After I proved it with my bank statement, she became physically aggressive, grabbing my arm multiple times and ignoring my requests to be gentle. She also refused to fix more than two nails. Thankfully, an employee named Andy stepped in. He was amazing—he fixed and strengthened all my nails, did my toes, and was incredibly professional. Tam ended... read more
