The food was good (at least for me), but the two stars & the reason I will not be going here again is because of the awful customer service experience. First, I ordered food from the app they encourage you to download, and that worked out fine. Doordash delivered the food for them within the time frame they promised. Second, on the app they advertise banana pudding and when we received our food it didn't show up although the receipt attached to the order still showed Banana Pudding, so I called the restaurant. I visited the establishment Oh My Goodness restaurant about a week ago. I must say that my family enjoyed our meal. We live in Newark and are always looking for new restaurants to support. I will return. Thanks for your great food and service.
I came to here specifically for the Jerk Chicken & Shrimp Rasta Pasta, and of course they hit me with the “we’re out.” I’m in my car already scrolling like, “Okay, who’s about to get my money now?” Next thing I know, the owner comes outside like, “Nah, I got you, I’ll make the sauce fresh. Just give me 20 minutes.” Baby… that was the most productive 20 minutes of my entire life.
