Great staff and very polite. Dr.Austin is very helpful and professional.
Do your best to avoid this practice! My mom saw the doctor here three weeks ago and she waited over three weeks for her prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. I called countless times to follow up. Thankfully, someone on the referral line finally kept me on hold for over 45 minutes to track the doctor down. My mother is reliant on this medication to live. If she doesn't take the medication, her body will underperform. Three weeks is just too long to wait in this case. I would never, ever recommend this practice to anyone. ... read more

I never understand why I keep coming back here except I'm to lazy to call my insurance company to find someone else. Every visit I'm here for over 2 hours even for a simple refill
This clinic is filthy; they have horrible customer service and the wait time to be seen is over 2 hours. I worked for this clinic for 3 months and left immediately. The have a rat problem and also dirty bathrooms. The Billing Manager Patty has no respect for the Patients, this place is truly a should be shut down.
