Dr. Ngwu is very thorough and compassionate and makes sure you understand your plan of treatment. She knew I had a traumatic recovery from my heart surgery a few years ago and made certain I was comfortable moving forward with getting my heart health back on track. Also, I appreciate the fact she does not make the appt feel rushed as I have felt from other Kaiser physicians. I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr. Ngwu as my assigned Kaiser Permanente Cardiologist!
She made me feel comfortable and going to try to solve or help my situation.
She was very patient/ doctor friendly respectful and clear as to why I was there showing that she read my chart in advance. I like how she explained everything in terms I could understand. I do know I will have a follow up vist and feel comfortable knowing that I'm in good hands.
Very professional and very helpful I’m grateful for her being my cardiologist.
