Highly recommend using O’Guinn’s. They care about each person and pay attention to detail. They provide the support that is needed during a difficult time.
My close friends lost their parent and they went thru O'Guinns in Birch Run for the funeral. My observations were that the staff were polite, yet not accommodating. Heck, i tried to ask where the bathroom was and was ignored. My friends literally had to beg for more chairs to be brought in for the prayer service. There was confusion on what was allowed to stay up for the service.
