Loved this place. 100% going back every few weeks.
I had an appt scheduled and I waited 30 minutes without being dealt with by anyone. I used the online booking option and paid ahead of time for what? It seems like walk-ins are prioritized over bookings. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting to get my haircut while I watched 4 different people walk in and be dealt with immediately. I would expect better service for what I paid. Y'all have a scheduling issue that needs to be addressed. After looking through your reviews I see I'm not the first to have this problem.
OG Chop Shop is the spot!! Great atmosphere with cool barbers. They treat first time walk in customers professionally on a high level and will give you a great conversation. 10/10 I recommend!
