I have been visiting this store for over 5 yrs. The ambiance is amazing and hospitality is always welcoming.
I went to OG's on a recommendation since my barber moved out of state. I made an appointment with Alan. I got there ahead of time and was seated soon after my appointment time. Alan listened and asked questions to make sure he understood what I wanted. He was professional and did an excellent side cut and fade. I am very pleased and will be going back for touch ups. The business was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I'd recommend OG's Chop Shop to others.
The staff is exceptional, the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly! Not only are they very professional, but they take care of clients needs. My preferred barber is Alan but any barber there is great!
Another very disappointing experience. At this point, the issue is both the quality of the haircut and the lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Too much talking, too many distractions, and not enough attention to the person actually paying for the service. Leaving a customer sitting in the chair just to go show another barber an Instagram reel, then coming back like that’s perfectly normal, says a lot.
