Alex Deserves More Than Just Five Stars! An Absolutely Exceptional Experience! This review is LONG overdue and I genuinely feel terrible that it has taken me this long to write it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had been living with a wobbly toilet for almost a year and finally decided to get it fixed. The plumber, John, did an amazing job! He was fast, quiet, and incredibly efficient. As a parent, I especially appreciated how considerate he was — he completed the repair during my baby’s nap and didn’t wake him once. The whole experience was professional, stress-free, and exceeded our expectation... read more

The receptionists very nice and helpful. Everyone from the owner to the techs made sure the problem was rectified. O'Gorman went above and beyond to help me ou... read more
