O’Goreman installed a new water heater for me in early June. While they were fast to accept the job and collect payment, I’ve received zero information about the permits required for the work—permits they assured me would be handled without issue. Two months and over 25+ phone calls later, nothing has progressed. Not a single permit has been initiated. From the moment I called the office, O’Gorman Brothers Plumbing was professional and provided excellent customer service. They sent Alex, who was knowledgeable, courteous, neat, and very organized. I immediately felt confident that my home was in good hands with him. He arrived right on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and got to work without hesitation. We have been using O'Gorman Brothers for our plumbing needs for the last year or so. We lost our old plumber due to him moving and we were looking for someone to replace him. We lucked out with O'Gorman brothers. They have helped with clogged pipes and toilet issues. We remodeled our bathroom and they updated the sink pipes, toilet pipe, and shower fixtures. My water heater died about 8 at night. I called O'Gorman, someone texted me back and I had a price I liked and a time next morning for them to do the job within an hour. Next day, they arrived on-time and were totally done in less than 3 hours. John (the fireman) and Casey were great!! Thank You!
