I wholeheartedly and positively recommend and thank Dr. Nwawka and her ultrasound tech, Susan, for doing an excellent job yesterday with my procedure. They both were kind, informative, calming, and extremely competent. Yesterday I went to HSS for ultrasound guidance drainage of a large cyst in my shoulder joint. I am a surgeon and was concerned that this would hamper my ability to work and, of course, I was concerned if the procedure "would hurt". Highly recommend. Following traumatic injury for 9yo- taken for ultrasound . Came in to review with ultrasound tech, took time to explain everything to child and parents- show images, answer questions. Great bedside manner.
Dr. Nwawka is excellent.
