We searched all over Illinois and Wisconsin for true 6"x10" pine timbers 20' long for our cabin rebuild. No one in our area was able to provide kiln dried timbers that big for a reasonable price. We finally found Ogonek and Dan and crew delivered an amazing product. We set them a year ago and there has been very little splitting, warping, cracking and shrinkage. Super please with the quality of wood. Timbers, columns and table material built with Ogonek pine.
I had a wonderful experience with Ogonek Custom Hardwoods! Although my project was very small compared to what they usually do, they helped me hand pick the piece of wood I needed for some floating shelves in my kitchen. I would highly recommend this company!

Dan Ogonek and his staff are great! They provided me with the planed White Pine timbers and tongue and groove decking for my hand-built timber frame pavilion. Dan also provided several helpful timber framing suggestions from his wealth of experience since this was the first time I attempted a project like this. The timbers were delivered in late March by a fabulous crew that unloaded by hand.
