Bad service. The receptionist doesn't answer the phone, after waiting for long time, she provided me with false information. I was waiting for three days to receive the prescription based on what she said. I contacted the CVS and they didn't receive any thing. When I called the office multiple times at the end she asked me to go to the emergency after waiting for 3 days .terrible service .
The front staff has go to the worst ever! Dr. Ogolo is wonderful yet when dealing with the front the visit is not worth it! I’m finding a new primary as a direct result of his staff!
Awful front staff nurses who will be doctors in another life, def not this one and with their attitude I doubt it. Especially the "blonde" one with the bad roots. Appointment times don't matter just come in whenever you feel like it. Doctor is kind. Be sure to leave the door open when you leave so they can finally get up from their chair to close it themselves because they sure aren't gonna get up to call you in anytime soon.
