I didn’t see Dr Azuh at this facility, but at UofM health in 2019, I wanted to leave a review for him. I wish he was closer for me to see again. He was very thorough, listened and understood and wrote details in my medical notes as I expressed them and explained everything, about where my pain was coming from in my spine. I’ve been looking for him for advice to flow up with my treatment, but he since has moved. Thank you Dr Azuh you definitely left a great impression on me to search out your care again.
I saw Dr Azuh in st.johns. He immediately felt my pain was muscle. He treated me and my pain was gone. So happy and thankful for him.
I was referred to this Dr several weeks ago and have had no call to schedule as of today. I think it's a thing with Memorial Health care. Their office employees are just not trained very well and many people slip through the cracks. Totally frustrating.
