Terrible attorney TERRIBLE attorney. She's a swindler and a thief. We paid $1,921 to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy with her. She told me to cancel my check for my car note because I wasn't allowed to pay it by court order until she got all of her money. She said it was an automatic stay. She never sent the paperwork to the loan company for my car. They had no idea that we were in bankruptcy at all. Then they faxed her the reaffirmation agreement 5 times with no reply. dont use her!! samething happen to me... i paid $1000 and $160 for filing fee. but she never file it. and then ignores my calls. so i went to bar and reported her.but she is lawter,i couldnt win.. but they told her money back filing fee $160 to me. and im waiting about 6months,,,,still dont get my money back. please dont waste your money;)

Thievish Lawyer I send miss Og;etree $1500 dollar, to representme in court in a divorce custody case. after she gat the money she never answer the phone and she never when to the court in my behalf. Due to this i had to hire a difernt attornety ans she never gave my money back. Is amaizing that a person like this be able to be a lawyer. What kind of laws are this?
