Would give negative stars if I could for my experience. It took me a few months to write this because I was so incredibly upset. My son failed a hearing test at an appointment with his pediatrician in November/december 2023. He had had minor hearing problems but he’d always passed until then. They recommended seeing an ent. Me and My husband love this place there very nice at first i though maybe they gonna be laugh at me because of my ear infection ( i have incounter some rude doctor before )thats why im not comtable to go to the doctor but no they help me and i feel they trying there best to help 🥰🥰 i come in every 3 months to check my ear.

As I walked in the first thing the doctor said was "I can't treat all of that, you are at the wrong office". He was directly referencing my medical history, I am a patient with severe allergies and a few genetic diseases / dysautonomia. I had told them over the phone that I wanted to be seen for pulsatile tinnitus, not my allergies or my MCAS.
