Worst experience with a doctor ever. Athens ENT is worth the drive. Lesson learned.
I was excited to hear that we had an ENT in Oglethorpe Co. I had a regular 30 minute office visit for some minor sinus issues. Nothing special was done or found; nothing prescribed. Received my bill AFTER BCBS paid and I still owed $500!!! GEEZ, I've never received a bill that large for any specialty doctor. Needless to say, I will not be back!
Tray Smith I just left from here and I highly recommend these amazing, kind hearted people! It was literally in and out no long wait, no hassle. They were professional, patient, and truly a blessing. Would give negative stars if I could for my experience. It took me a few months to write this because I was so incredibly upset. My son failed a hearing test at an appointment with his pediatrician in November/december 2023. He had had minor hearing problems but he’d always passed until then. They recommended seeing an ent. I called Oglethorpe ent and asked if they could see him. They said yes, they could see him, the only thing they didn’t do was surgery. Okay cool awesome. We get an appointment the day after I call.
