Do not take your vehicle there. Their mechanics are very inexperienced. If you do take it there, you will have to bring it back the next day and they will charge you for their mistakes.
I have been using Ogle's Neighborhood Service for years. They do good work, but they are over priced on service. I was not going to pay $250 to put a $39.00 pump on my car. It is not that hard to change it so I told them I would do it myself. They had already taken the belt off the car, so I asked them to put it back on. They charged me $30 for their service. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for 7+ years. Not wanting to blindly trust anyone, we have tried other places during our transition to "Ogles only," but were unable to beat these folks' extraordinary fairness and professionalism. Last Tuesday, The night before our Wedding. Cruising along a Gatlinburg busy road, just had a wonderful dinner, laughing, enjoying the sites...our car all of a sudden stopped responding and all the gages dropped like a stone! We coasted to the side of the road. Just cars buzzing by in the middle of no where! Good price the people were very rude and they knew I had an emergeny and instead of taking care of me they told them to holdOff on my car to work on their own car. I would not come back.
Very nice, honest people. Took care of me very quickly and professionaly! Got my car back on the road in no time at a very good price!
