Lied multiple times about the plan of care, changed the plan of care without notifying my proctor or me. A fellow faculty member; a nurse called him out after he got done speaking to me, for the way he was speaking to me. The nurse had also followed it by “He would never speak to you this way if you weren’t 20”. Which i do think to be true. Dr Ogles also did not want to return after surgery to talk about post care, and sent a fellow associate to do so, which is highly unprofessional.

I've only been to Dr. Ogles once, I'm still waiting for my follow-up appointment, but I was pleased with my first visit. I was going to have to wait about a month for an appointment but Lydia at the office managed to get me in right away. I appreciated her extra effort. Dr. Ogles was friendly and pleasant and so was his staff. He doesn't have to be my best friend as long as he knows what he's doing. Still waiting for further treatment.

He rushed my husband in and out, didn't tell us where we could have his labs done (one of which was a semen analysis and can't be done just anywhere) and dismissed the idea that my husbands vasectomy from 12 years prior (by a different surgeon) had failed. Infertility is hard to handle and was made worse by the way they treated us. As a medical professional I was disgusted at how our situation was handled.
