In 2025, I made the decision to purchase my first and last Subaru. Buying a car is often an exciting experience, but the true test comes when you need service. Worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Wasted my time with lengthy negotiating on a final price for a new Crosstrex, only to backtrack on their offer at paperwork signing time. Ended up wanting another appraisal on my trade after a previous visit to the dealership had assessed a value and we had negotiated a final settlement price. They then offered an altered a ridiculously low re-evaluation. Spoke with manager afterwards and was disappointed with the tone of his interaction with me...bad customer relations.
