I've had this agency as a provider for a year or so and I am not happy with them. The Boss claims that the clients are the Boss but she does not follow through with that claim, never caring if a client is hurt or upset regarding Staff not being there for days and she's poor with dealing with issues. She just ignores them or just adds to them. I had gone multiple months without having any actual staffing hours and that was all due to her because I have zero faith in her doing her required job.
Oghosa has been a life saver for me. They are very accommodating. They go above and beyond for my son. They have rushed to support him when I have an emergency. I am very grateful and wish them nothing but the best.
!!!!!!WARNING!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION THEY VIOLATE HIPPA. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION STAY WAY! THEY CARE ABOUT STAYING OPEN THAN SPENDING THE MONEY TO ENCRYPT MEDICAL INFORMATION!!
