worst stay ever bro, the manager was a alcoholic that came in drunk every night when me and my mate got back from going out, a couple times talking to us having her words slurred and whatnot. she literally had a bottle of jack just sitting next to her work space, just in the open. she broke all the rules that she set for the lodge, especially when she came in (drunk again) arguing with her husband hours after the set time to be quiet. and that doesn’t help when the walls are super thin. another thing were the rooms, im fully... read more
Loved my stay at OGGs over the weekend. Right in the heart of the village, a short walk from the lifts and next door to the alpine. Very homely living space with a cosy communal area that gives the real authentic ski lodge experience. The lodge managers were so nice and made us feel very welcome and gave us great tips for the mountain. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again next Buller trip for sure.
Had an absolutely lovely time staying at OGGs over the weekend, an absolutely lovely lodge manager was there to greet me when I arrived. She was so hospitable and could help with all my needs. Location is a 10. Would recommend to anyone that this is the place to be.
Perfect on-mountain small chalet set up. Lovely people, very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Great location, 200M ski down to the lift.
It was a nightmare to stay in this Lodge with my grandchildren for a family ski trip. When we first arrived at the lodge and met the property manager, we felt unwelcome instantly. no greeting and no introduction at all. She gave us luggage cage code and told us to check in 4:30pm. She entered the lodge and shut the door and left us outside with rain and cold weather.
