Ogemaw Title handled a sale for us on a vacant property. The people were very nice during the closing and had all the necessary paperwork in order. We did not go through a realtor, so the title company emailed us a long list of items they needed from us before they would set up the closing date. There was absolutely NO DIRECTION on what some of the items were and I felt like I was bothering them by asking questions.
