I would like to start this review by saying that the medical staff is absolutely amazing, I feel very comfortable with the providers there and they have always made me feel seen and listened to my concerns. However, the office staff is absolutely terrible. I take a medication that is considered a controlled substance so l have to call every month to get a refill. every single month I start calling about 3 to 4 days before I need a refill and have to leave multiple voicemails every day, without anybody ever reaching out to me... read more
Not very helpful if your bed bound and 2 hrs away. Goto er is they're only answer. Well ambulance ride is 175 copay and er visit is 75 copay. Ride to get picked up good luck. Treatment with prejudice and and kindness in an abundance you can get that free from er and Ambulance Co in county I'm located. Help from your doctor who you have seen for 4 yrs is not there. I'm sick of this healthcare center. They screw up and loose paperwork and refuse to help when I cannot get to them I am bedbound currently and they can't do anythi... read more
If your looking for an amazing doctor and amazing staff you don't have to look no longer.. from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out you treated with respect. I can't say enough about how the staff make you you feel at home. If your looking for a professional family friendly doctor you have to look no further.
