Working with Ogee was great, and I’m admittedly not the smoothest customer to deal with (overly particular). I approached Andrew with a drawing and specific dimensions I needed for a bath vanity and linen tower and he was quick to get it into his software and produce cabinet drawings for review. We didn’t get past the preliminary phase. Even scheduling the Zoom was a bit rocky — Andrew proposed times to meet and then didn’t respond in time to confirm, which set the tone. During the call itself, a surprising amount of time was spent venting about a previous client who had changed their mind about their layour. I was also mansplained the IKEA manufacturing process (I was very clear I’m looking for custom cabinetry) which felt unnecessary and off-topic. Beyond thankful for Andrew of Ogee Milwork’s helpful input to my unfinished garage situation. He was professional, to-the-point and frank of the best way I should handle it. His advice helped me greatly with relieving myself of this burden where I couldn’t find anyone else to better help me with this situation. Very thorough and knowledgeable. A true master of his craft and profession. Highly recommend for anyone.
