Extremely rude and dismissive. Was assigned her for rheumatology appointment by UH. She discredited my family doctors findings and concerns. Sent me for multiple xrays and bloodwork and didn't even bother to call me with results. She had her nurse call me to cancel follow up appointment, as if it is beneath her to communicate with her patients. Yet she sent a prescription to my pharmacy for me to take. By far, the worst doctor I have ever interacted with. I will be going back to Cleveland Clinic.
I recently had my first visit with Doctor Muoh And I couldn’t be more pleased! She took all the time to explain about my osteoporosis and Showed me a video to further explain. She also ordered labs to rule out secondary causes. She is amazing with follow up and she is very thorough! Thank you so much!
This doctor is dismissive , disrespectful, and rude. Just because someone has doctor in front of their name does not mean they are above the patient. She gave medications there were unnecessary and admitted that she did not even treat the condition my relative has after taking their money for a long time. The uh reviews are lies. I believe the other reviews about her character bedside manner and incompetence.
I felt very dismissed in my appointment. I tried to explain how I was feeling and the symptoms I was having but I was continuously told that has nothing to do with rheumatology and to see other doctors. I have not been feeling myself and I know something is going on. I just want to be heard and I was not at all.
