I would rate them nothing if I could. Used to it was easy to talk to them and get a response. I had to pay a back bill for 500 when I asked them to shut it off. So even though I’m not the one that should have to pay that bill I ended up having to pay it. So I start new service and pay a 422.50 deposit they say one week oh give is 1-2 hours it will be on. YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE A WAY FOR US TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THIS IS KILLING US! We're in an immediate crisis and can't get help!!!

I would give it -5 stars if possible. They're terrible, they charge you so much. They recently double charged my account overdrafting it, they refunded that but gave me a fee because they payment couldn't be processed. I explained it to them and they kept thinking I wanted my extra charge refunded again but I keep saying no I just don't want to pay $50 for your mistake. I hope they get what they're truly owed one day.
