It wasn't a payment place
Over 45 minutes waiting on hold to talk to someone. Absolutely rediculous
Worst customer service ever! They keep you on hold for hours now and when you do finally get to speak to a representative they are beyond rude! If I could rate zero stars I definitely would!
We called to make sure that our payment arrangement was in force and when the customer service agent came on she was rude and not courteous at all. She didn't greet me and did not have a happy demeanor. All I wanted was to make sure the deferred payment plan was implemented because I have had past experiences in such matters and it was overlooked and my service was shut off. So please I would appreciate it if the customer service agents would be more helpful and pleasant and not hateful and rude.
Replaced a pole in front of our property. Didn't clean up anything. Left shards of glass..wire and copper all over the yard which when hit my a mower will go right through someone. Left the cable wire dangling abount 7 ft off the ground. Laziest bunch I've ever seen.
