I would give it -5 stars if possible. They're terrible, they charge you so much. They recently double charged my account overdrafting it, they refunded that but gave me a fee because they payment couldn't be processed. I explained it to them and they kept thinking I wanted my extra charge refunded again but I keep saying no I just don't want to pay $50 for your mistake. I hope they get what they're truly owed one day.
OG&E informed me that my home was eligible for weatherization and encouraged me to let them do it. I agreed and as part of that program a smart thermostat they said would help my home be more energy efficient was installed. Shortly after, we noticed our AC seemed to run more and it started freezing up. We had a technician come out 3 times and said the A/C was fine, older, but otherwise working fine. Highly recommend calling BBB. This company requires a deposit, regardless of your credit. They do not have a policy around their deposit requirements. They are at least unethical and at most using your money illegally.
