DHS has paid My Bill in the Amount of$385.00 I receive LIHEAP it was paid July I8th 2025 OG&E sent Me a bill For August 2025 my bill for July 2025 was NONE LIHEAP HELPS ME I STILL HAD CREDIT FROM DHS LIHEAP SO I HAVE $385.00 AND OG&E SENT ME A BILL FOR $106.00 MY BILL SHOULD BE NONE IVE BEEN CALLING FOR 3 DAYS IVE ADKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TOO CALL NO CALL BACK PLEASE FIX THE BILL YOU SENT ME DHS HAS PAID MY BILL I HAVE CREDIT
Terrible company with poor priority management. While paying their CEO millions, they've ignored a crumbling infrastructure and raised rates to appease shareholders. If they were not a local monopoly, I'd switch services immediately.
Do you like having the lights on when it rains outside?! Not today Junior! We don't do that around here.. we spent all the extra money on our CEO instead of our crumbling infrastructure; So now when it rains, you better have some candles ready to burn, and your massager better be battery operated.
Unreliable service. I lose power regularly for seemingly no reason and my place of work loses power regularly. This year they raised rates despite garbage service. If I had a choice I'd switch providers.Also while raising rate the CEO was paid over $8 million last year.
