Worthless company. It’s companies like this that make people want to go off grid. Horrible customer service. They screw up on billing but want you to fix it. Can’t get through to speak to someone to help you. They need some competition instead of being on the verge of a monopoly. Too bad I can’t give the a negative star.
I tried changing my OG&E payment from one bank to another and it never went through even though I sent all my information in. The customer service was terrible and they would never give me a supervisor to speak to. They would not allow me to speak to a supervisor at the time of my call.
Of If I could give zero stars I would they are horrible. They have poor service outages all the time and you can’t talk to anyone after 5pm and you also have to wait 45min to hour on hold due to there systems being messed up to pay your bill. Not to mention I have never paid so muck for electricity. They lie say your using more then you are my bills are like 450 to 500 a month then if your late twice even by one day they add additional deposits on your bill!!! Worst customer service ever. I called Friday to find out what my deposit would be. They told me and that I had to have a lease in order to get service. Completely understandable. I signed my new lease on Saturday and they're closed on the weekends. So first thing this morning I call (super long wait time) and ask how I get them my lease. The lady tells me I can fax it in.
