So they had to disconnect my line so i could get my solar panels installed and ive been without power for 12 hours and 6 of them are on oge to come reconnect the line ive been told they bee there in an hour and by 8 and here it is almost 9
Worst customer service! No option to talk to a real person!! Been on hold for 40 minutes, totally unacceptable!! Hire more people to answer calls, not everything can be done on the automated system!!
absolute trash customer service, will leave you on hold for ridiculous amounts of time and then transfer you to set on hold even longer. shitty company.
Horrible service and horrible stewardship! took down a bunch of trees and left an enormous pile in front of my yard for us to deal with! been sitting there for 2 months and won't work with us at all. very unsafe condition because kids olay here and there are tons of snakes and poison ivy in it. Very poor or NO ability to resolve a problem, caused by their incompetence. I have had to pay to fax verification to offices to not be reimbursed for their inability to find MY PAYMENT!! They actually want my bank to recind a payment on a check they cashed! NOT, they got my money!!!! There is no way to talk with someone who speaks English who might understand the situation they caused. I've sent e mails to CEO and Board persons with NO resolve.
