If you want to get double charged for your items or if you want your items to be lost forever because they give your items to the wrong person then this is the place to go! It’s ridiculous the amount of excuses they gave us for lost bed sheets and for a charge that was “never paid.” They need to hire people who know how to do their jobs and not give clients items that don’t belong to them. My laundry room had flooded, I called to see if they could wash some linens and towels- the woman told me to, “hurry “ - rushed down, and she said, “No, that’s too much …etc…it wasn’t even what she said- it’s how she said it. I’m fluent in Spanish- your employee is rude, unhelpful, and your business lost at least one customer forever. I walked out- not worth it.

They ruined my vintage dress and that’s not the disturbing part. They tried handing it back to me with a huge rip on the back saying it was there when I brought it. Malibu is a small community and I can’t believe how poorly they’re treating their customers.
