If i could give zero starts I would. Quoted me $9 for dry cleaning a polo shirt and when I came to pick it up, they demanded $16 and denied having ever quoted me $9. They offered to check the cameras which they said had audio but when I took them up on that, they renegged on that too. Stay away.

If you want to get double charged for your items or if you want your items to be lost forever because they give your items to the wrong person then this is the place to go! It’s ridiculous the amount of excuses they gave us for lost bed sheets and for a charge that was “never paid.” They need to hire people who know how to do their jobs and not give clients items that don’t belong to them. They blame the customers for “not being honest” and not returning the items to the cleaners. It’s clear they don’t respect their customer... read more
My laundry room had flooded, I called to see if they could wash some linens and towels- the woman told me to, “hurry “ - rushed down, and she said, “No, that’s too much …etc…it wasn’t even what she said- it’s how she said it. I’m fluent in Spanish- your employee is rude, unhelpful, and your business lost at least one customer forever. I walked out- not worth it.
