I met Dr. Otto for the first time through an ER visit; he was the urologist on call. I have found him to be wise, skillful, calm, compassionate, flexible, able to explain the issues in an understandable way, and I even enjoy his sense of humor. I hold him in very high regard and recommend him, without question. His office staff are caring and attentive; they are helpful in scheduling appointments and calling me with lab/x-ray results.
I have been a patient of Dr. Otto for four years. Service and professionalism have always been excellent. I would recommend this office to anyone.
