Henry did a great job taking care of me. I discovered an issue with the used vehicle I purchased but as soon as I reported it the team took good care of me, totally repaired the issue without argument, and got me the vehicle back in good time. And that was without a service contact, so that says good business to me! Wife loves the “new” ride. Thanks Gentlemen for taking great care of us.
My vehicle was worse off after getting it serviced here; it began throwing codes, the check engine light came on. While I was waiting for my vehicle to get routine service, another customer came in and wanted his car looked at again because his vehicle's check engine light came on after getting it's routine service here not long before. That worried me, but my vehicle was already with the technician so I sat silently and hoped that his was an isolated case, I crossed my fingers it wouldn't happen to me. No such luck.
