I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. They are rude, especially the receptionist. She never attended to me nor did she try to do so. They have no human warmth; they treat you as if you are nothing. They never attended to me, and they wouldn't let me see the specialist I had a scheduled appointment for. Despite the pain in my wrist and the pain I was describing, she used derogatory body language, as if being Latina meant I shouldn't be treated with my insurance. Be very careful if you are going to this ogden clinic, especially if you're going to do a wellness check or a preventative appointment they will try to book you with a specialist which is NOT covered by insurance to do the appointment. I went in for a wellness check and they ended up billing my insurance and me for a severe and high complexity case(30-45 min) when in fact it was a simple check up that took less than 10 mins. I had an appointment at 11:00AM, was told to be there 15 minutes early so I checked in at 10:44 and didn’t get called back into a room until 12:15. And then waiting another hour + to get seen by the dr. Very horrible communication and wait times. Multiple people also walked in after I did but was seen before I did. Very frustrating.

Fantastic staff Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Illing is a unbelievable hand surgeon that made me feel at ease during the whole process. By far the absolute best experience I have ever had with doctor encounter.
