My previous providers fell quite short of rhe mark for care and seemed unable to listen. Thank heavens I found Drs. Broadbent and Whittier at Ogden Clinic!
While everything with my visit was fine, the billing was a huge mess. When Select Health received the claim it was denied because of the billing codes. I get it. Insurance is a pain. But when I asked for simple assistance fixing the problem, I was told that there was nothing they could do. The underlying message was clear "WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING." Nothing but issues with this location. Staff is not able to respond in a timely manner and will not forward correct referrals. Extremely unprofessional and clueless staff. Please save yourself the headaches and do not go here.
Dr King is my dad's endocrinologist and his amazing very detailed and personable. His managed to help bring my dad's diabetes down. He explains everything throughly and listens to your concerns. His good at what he does 😁
