I am so pleasantly surprised by Ogden blinds. I needed to have a set of blinds fixed (broken cord) and didn’t know where to go. I dropped an email with a picture using the link on their website and had an answer in less than an hour. I dropped off the blinds the next day and had a call that the blinds were ready in about an hour. Wow! The blinds are perfect! Talk about responsive! And did I mention that the repair was very reasonably priced? Very very happy.
All blinds in my entire house have been through Ogden blind. Throughout all the years Kevin has given me phenomenal service with purchases as well as maintenance and cleaning of the blinds that I have purchased. I have gone no other place for my blinds and highly recommend this to all my friends and family.
