BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY. Antonio will not answer calls or emails when it comes time to pay the trades who have been hired to fix the defects on their builds. A scamming company who are out there to rip everyone off. Do not trust or get roped into working for this company. Seems like it’s a common pattern after reading other similar reviews.
These guys are great, from start to finish of our build their communication and transparency were second to none. I not only would recommend them but I would use them again. Thank you OGC.
I wish I could give zero stars. The developer, who also served as the director of the building company, has shown a complete lack of accountability. We began occupying the building 18 months ago, and we are still dealing with pages of unresolved defects — including ongoing water leaks throughout the property. It’s clear they have no regard for the long-term quality of their developments or the wellbeing of the owners who live in them.
Don’t trust. They not pay for contractor.
These guys are crooks and liars.. Don't pay their bills and don't answer their phones. Beware. Don't deserve one star.
