Horrible experience with a rep, called to pickup a Part but the store was about to close at 12 and my eta was 12.01 . Rep talking on the phone refused to help me unless I pay him 20$ extra, I asked if that 20$ gonna reflect in the bill he denied , I politely asked him is it worth you asking 20$ for a 1 minute extra he was really confident and arrogant , rep wasn’t even scared of getting reported to the manager, finally complained to Tom Ogburn the owner of the company but I have a doubt this person will ever change his attit... read more
