Anna was very hospitable and recommended the Sicilian. It was fantastic.
The restaurant is beautiful inside, and the food is consistently good. However, the customer service was a bit disappointing during this visit. The staff member who helped me was friendly once we spoke, but I stood waiting for about five minutes while three employees appeared busy prepping. They looked my way several times but didn't acknowledge me or offer assistance until I spoke up. Aside from that experience, the food was great as always.
Best pizza in town Parma pizza is fire!!
Short answer: go to Punch Pizza instead. Ive had ZaZa a few times while with friends at Lake Monster and Kings Coil and have to say im not impressed. While the atmosphere is good, I'm simply not willing to pay $18+ for a pizza that has burned bread (even on a cheese pizza). They will also not be very accommodating if you ask for lighter sauce or non burnt ends. Literally just go to punch pizza who has better quality ingredients and is cheaper.
NO WATER Please provide water to drink while dining in.
