The vibe, exercises, equipment and coaches, everything was great. Definitely helped me prepare for my upcoming HYROX race!
OG is the entire package for training towards achieving whatever fitness goal you desire. Owners and coaches are knowledgeable while providing motivating and inspiring workouts. They are all friendly and approachable while also visibly walking their talk. Classes are filled with clients all there working on themselves for their personal goals, while still giving the vibe of strong comradery training together as a team. OG Training Academy has completely transformed my fitness and lifestyle. I used to just lift heavy weights for years and started to become redundant. I was introduced to OG and was skeptical at first ( didn't seem like my style that i was used too). But after attending a few drop ins, I realized this was the change up i was looking for. Months later. My cardio endurance has climbed tremendously, i look and feel better than i ever have. And I've met awesome people and coaches that are nothing short of #GoodPeople. 10/10
