No matter what your fitness level is OG strength has a work out for anyone and everyone. Coach Oz is extremely tentative and will make sure to set you up for success to work towards your personal fitness goals! Between the group workouts that are always motivating&welcoming, and a dedicated coach this gym is a 10/10😊
