If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The owner is unbelievably arrogant and disrespectful. I have rarely encountered someone who treats customers with such a lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. Every interaction felt dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. The owner is extremely arrogant and disrespectful. From the moment there was an issue, he showed no interest in treating a customer with basic courtesy or professionalism. Instead of taking responsibility, he was dismissive, rude, and acted as though my concerns were an inconvenience. What bothered me most was not the service itself, but the attitude. If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. The owner is one of the most arrogant, dishonest, and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. He says whatever is necessary to get your business and then conveniently forgets every promise he makes. His word has absolutely no value. I was clearly quoted $200 for a coolant flush and low-beam bulb replacement. After taking my car in, they claimed they couldn't get the bulb and promised they would call me when it arrived. I so wish I could give -5 start. The owner is very very arrogant and disrespectful. Do not believe a word he says. He will never keep his words. I was told that coolant flush and lower beam bulb change would cost me $200. But they couldn’t get the bulb so they told me that they will call me but I didn’t hear back from them. Now when I go back with the lower beam lights they are saying they will charge more and I should come back another day. Do not waste your time here.
