A SHOP THAT TREATS YOUR CAR LIKE THEIR OWN. They’ve been working on my charger hellcat on and off this last month or so and they ran into a few problems and always handled it like it was their own car having the issue. They even came all the way out to my home after I had picked up the car and thought something was wrong. I recently ordered an aftermarket exhaust for my BMW through OGPT and they also provided installation as well. The folks at OGPT were very friendly and helpful and made sure that I received the best experience for the modification. They provided proper customer service and communicated updates appropriately. had a very disappointing experience with OG Performance & Tuning in Santa Clara and feel it’s important to share this for anyone considering bringing their car here. The main issue is that I showed up to a confirmed dyno tuning appointment and the service never happened, yet the shop refused to return my $100 deposit.
