I want to sincerely thank the store clerk for their kindness and for making my daughter's first birthday setup so beautiful and budget-friendly. The clips were stunning, delivery was punctual, and I really appreciated the great communication. I’ve also ordered my baby shower decorations from here, and once again, the delivery was on time with excellent communication. Thank you so much—your support means a lot to me!
Great experience at O&G Party Rental today. Marta’s customer service was top. She was very helpful and attentive. I can’t wait to see the products at my daughters baby shower.
Not pleased with how the service was. The lady who I spoke to was unorganized and always mixing us up with other customers, getting the dates confused. I get being booked and busy but it happened on more then one occasion. We paid over 900 for it to come out not how we wanted! I told the lady I would like to add Mickey Mouse ears to the white wall and asked for the price, she said she was off and she would get back to me about it tomorrow. Never heard back about it.
