Very knowledgeable made great suggestions, very efficient and helpful.
They have plenty of options. Willing to get you what you need with advance notice. It is a well equipped rental within the upper East side that offers a variety of services for you next party needs. We have used them for over 15 years and have always had a pleasant experience. Prices are reasonable.
Brought over priced balloons to be told it should last 8-10 hours yet in 4 hours they already on the floor. The nasty lady who works there says it must of been a bad batch yet no partial refund not even 1 brand new balloon to satisfy a paying customer. I’ll never come here again
