This man took up four days of my time trying to just catch him so I could talk to him. When I finally did catch him he made me talk to him while he was tattooing. Which, I would really rather a tattoo artist concentrate on me and what I need to show him, or the tattoo he is working on, not both. Not professional. After he heard what I wanted, he insinuated that I may not have the money for a Dow. Payment to make an appointment, as opposed to just asking me if I would pay a down payment for an appointment straight out. And af... read more
